An end of an era
Mit schwerem Herzen müssen wir euch mitteilen, dass wir Kaffiabo als Unternehmen per Ende 2025 schliessen werden.
Diese Nachricht zu schreiben fällt uns nicht leicht. Nach vielen Überlegungen sind wir zum Schluss gekommen, dass wir Kaffiabo nicht weiterführen können—Yanapi und Justin haben dafür künftig nicht mehr die nötige Kapazität, und Yanapi wird zudem in die USA ziehen.
In den letzten Monaten haben wir intensiv nach einer Käuferin bzw. einem Käufer gesucht, jedoch keine passende Lösung gefunden. Deshalb werden wir den Betrieb per Ende 2025 einstellen.
Falls bei euch noch etwas offen ist—insbesondere Gutscheine—meldet euch bitte unter hallo@kaffiabo.ch, damit wir alles gemeinsam regeln können. Wir können Guthaben zurückerstatten und/oder euch einen tollen Kaffeeanbieter empfehlen, der euch künftig zuverlässig versorgt.

With a heavy heart, we’re sharing that we’ll be closing Kaffiabo as a business at the end of 2025.
This isn’t an easy message to write. After a lot of thought, we’ve come to the conclusion that we can’t continue running Kaffiabo—both Yanapi and Justin no longer have the capacity to keep it going, and Yanapi will also be moving to the USA.
Over the past few months, we did our best to find a buyer, but we haven’t found the right solution. As a result, we’ll be ending operations at the end of 2025.
If you have anything outstanding—especially gift cards—please reach out to us at hello@kaffiabo.ch so we can make arrangements. We can refund remaining balances and/or recommend a great coffee supplier to take care of your coffee needs going forward.
From the bottom of our hearts: thank you for your trust, your support, and for choosing us as your coffee subscription. We will truly miss sending you your lovely surprise box of coffee every month.
